What a gift is for
The same four purposes listed on the home page: equipment, training, programs with youth and neighbors, and help for officers and families. The board will decide which requests to fund and will publish a yearly summary.
A gift is not a favor
Giving does not buy an endorsement, access, or special treatment from the foundation or from any police department.
Taxes
Do not assume a gift is tax-deductible until the foundation publishes its federal determination on the About page. Ask before you rely on a deduction.
